Thanks for shopping with SmrtMugg! Here's how shipping works.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free on every order. All SmrtMugg mugs and accessories ship free within the United States. Applicable taxes and any discount codes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carrier issues, weather or high-volume periods.
Carriers and tracking
Orders ship with USPS or Amazon Logistics, depending on the item. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Multiple items and separate shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately, from different locations, and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each shipment.
Holiday season ordering deadlines
To get your order by December 25, place it by December 15. Orders placed after that date may not arrive before the holidays.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect or reship packages that were delivered to an incorrect address you entered. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us right away at customerservice@smrtmugg.com and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 5–7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us at customerservice@smrtmugg.com.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it when it arrives and contact us right away with photos so we can make it right. See our Refund policy for returns and replacements.
